Our unique Product & Technical Training program will provide your IT personnel with the knowledge and skills needed to maximize the value of your Amdocs systems. The various Product & Technical Training courses, covering product architecture, functionality, and usage address predefined target audiences and are updated on a regular basis in synchronization with product version updates. Amdocs Product & Technical Training is delivered by Amdocs experts through two main methods: dedicated courses at the customer’s premises or scheduled courses at Amdocs’ worldwide training facilities.
