Currently some courses are available via distance learning, as according to our course catalog.

Please contact ALPMO@amdocs.com for further information, or add the course to your My Interests in the course catalog section on our website.

Yes, you can send a substitute in your place. You must inform us at least 2 weeks prior to the course start date. Please make sure that the substitute meets all pre-requisites.

Browse through our course catalog, and choose the product and version number that you are working on. Please note any pre-requisites for the course.

Amdocs is not responsible for providing accomodation, but does recommend facilities around your training center area. A list of recommended accomodations will be sent to you automatically in your course confirmation letter.
